angels and demons

I was watching my cat this morning and I would really like it if she could speak to me in my language, or I could understand hers, because I want her to answer this: Why is it that even when I vigilantly clean her bowls and make sure that she has fresh water, she drinks out of the toilet?

OU/Texas game this weekend ... so, the judge asks me if i'm going b/c if so, he'd like to take me to dinner or buy me a beer, or both. Ugh! Since I can't get my hands on tickets for less than it will cost to fund the divine's education, it was easy to decline.

i have bible study tonight, but i'm considering skipping - then again, i'm considering not. who knows. i wonder if other people are as crippled with indecision as i so often am. all i really want to do is go home and go to bed, but i know the divine makes that fantasy just that, a fantasy.

i ordered the divine's halloween costume off last night. she wants to be an angel - oh if only that holiday identity could morph into reality. nevertheless, she'll be adorable.
